AppDial — Call Reports

Your team

Managers see the reports and manage these accounts. Supervisors (QA) see the reports and review calls. Viewers only see the reports. Everyone here sees only your company's calls and recordings.

Teams

Group drivers by branch, city or shift. A supervisor or viewer can be limited to one team: they then see only that team's calls and recordings.

Push notifications (Android)

A Firebase service-account key per Firebase project, so calls ring the phone with the app closed. Upload AppDial's own project for the demo app, or a company's project for that company's app. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again.

iPhone (APNs VoIP)

An APNs auth key (.p8) from the Apple Developer account, per app bundle id, so calls ring iPhones with CallKit. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
